Repeat prescriptions may be obtained by:
Busy times at the Practice are usually Monday and Tuesday mornings.
Please allow at least 48 HOURS (2 working days) to ensure your prescription is ready. Requests made on Friday will not be ready until after 3 pm Tuesday.
Please use the right hand side of the repeat prescription form as this ensures against error or omissions. Patients on long-term treatment are asked to see the doctor regularly.
In some cases we can arrange for your prescriptions to be delivered to your home. It is therefore always advisable to have sufficient supply of medicines in hand so that you will not run short.
Please note that prescriptions requests are not accepted over the phone, except in very special circumstances.
Acute prescription requests will be considered ONLY after discussion with the doctor, if available. Antibiotics are not routinely prescribed without prior discussion with the doctor.

PPCs are available by 10 monthly direct debit instalment payments. The prescription prepayment certificates allow anyone to obtain all the prescriptions they need for £2 per week.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
