consultation1Consultations are by appointment only.  Patients with an URGENT problem can be seen on the same day.  Please call reception at 8am to book an appointment.

Routine appointments can be booked in advance and are usually for 10 minutes. If you feel you require a longer appointment, these are available on request.  Children under 14 years should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please note, ONE patient per ONE appointment, as the doctor may refuse to see family members without an appointment.

We also offer a few daily pre-booked telephone appointments when it is possible to speak with the doctor or nurse at a specified time in the day.  This can be useful during very busy periods, or if you are at work, and the problem can be resolved without needing to attend surgery.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment in good time so that it may be offered to a more needy patient.  Repeated missed appointments and misuse of urgent appointments can lead to removal from the doctor's list.

You can cancel on the normal surgery lines 0161 748 7115/0161 746 7088. Appropriate and considerate use of surgery time ensures all patients can access the doctor or the nurse at the point of need.
